A Big Thanks and The Kids Are Back!

Greetings All!

I wanted to take the time here to give a big thanks to James Clark! As you are all aware, James has been here, playing music for us, on the weekends, for many, many months now. This will be his last weekend with us.

When Refuge lost their director of music, James came out of retirement allowing us to have music at your Sunday liturgies. I know, in the short time I have been here, I am very grateful for his services to the Refuge family. I know many of you have grown very fond of James and will miss him. However now he can enjoy his retirement in full. I wish him the best of luck and look forward to seeing him from time to time in the future.

On a second note, get ready THE KIDS ARE BACK! Yes, school starts on Monday the 29th and the energy of the young people will be all over Refuge. Truly kids just cannot help but to bring life to everywhere. Their energy and joy of life is infectious and makes a difference on the entire campus, not just during the week but on the weekends as well. Let’s embrace and be eternally grateful for the joy the school kids bring to our parish family!
