Blood Drive March 14th
Giving blood saves countless lives, so please consider giving. If you have received a COVID vaccine, you only need to wait two days after the day of vaccination to donate blood or platelets.
Versiti will try to accommodate walk-ins, but scheduling an appointment will help the process go much smoother. It is easy to schedule an appointment to give blood. You can use the link http://bitly.com/3ozh5Ae to schedule an appointment online or you can contact Bronia Maiorano to schedule an appointment for you by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Versiti is continuing to perform COVID antibody testing on all successful donations. Your results will be available through your online donor account.
In preparation for your blood donation it is important to get plenty of rest, eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of fluids. And remember to wear a mask as COVID-19 precautions are still in effect.
