Hello everyone!

Great things are happening here at OLR and I wanted to fill you in on a few of them! We have started our evening food pantry hours, our Christian Service team is hosting our annual Turkey Harvest Wagon, our OCIA team has welcomed 5 new people to our weekly meetings, the Community Engagement Team begins meeting this week (if interested email me at [email protected]), Tim is hard at work organizing our Youth Choir for our Christmas Celebrations (see bulletin for details), our Advent Wreath Candle Lighting is approaching (sign up sheet in the Narthex), and in January we will reopen the Upper Room and welcome our young people back to youth group!

It is humbling for me to work with the staff we have here at OLR! These are amazing ministries, ran by amazing people, that are helping not only the parishioners at OLR grow in faith, but also welcoming to the surrounding community. We are evangelizing to those who are seeking Jesus, strengthening those who know Jesus, working to form joyful missionary disciples, creating a culture of radical hospitality, and thanking God ahead of time for His perfect plan for OLR along the way!

Each of one these ministries has a place for you! Each of us has God given gifts and talents that could help develop and grow these already great ministries. So, step outside your comfort zone, say yes to God, check the bulletin, and reach out to the staff if you have questions or would like to get involved. God will bless your yes
